Guided Meditation is a type of Meditation led by a teacher that will allow you to explore the journey within. You will discover the joy of being in a state of awareness, decreasing overall stress. As your coach, my focus is to partner with you as we design a plan together and let the light guide us on the inner journey.

I am Parul Patel, a scientist, and a Meditation Coach, living in Upstate New York. Yoga. Meditation was introduced to me at a very young age in India, where I was born. The science of Yoga and Meditation has always fascinated me, and I have experienced immense benefits in my life. After many years of practicing with wise Teachers and Mentors, I continue on my mission to share and help others cultivate their inner calm through Meditation and basic Yoga.
